Like the original, the Intensity II features both a sliding physical QWERTY keyboard and 12-key numeric keypad. Completing the package, the Intensity II features a larger 2.2-inch QVGA screen and up to 32GB microSD removable memory, doubling the storage of the original Intensity.

I like this phone but when you call people, I cant understand them at all. I've had to replace this phone several times because it just decided to not work. Good phone but only for a certain amount of time.

Not impressed with the quality of this phone. It seems really cheap and like tin. Maybe I am backwards, but it seems like the keyboard slides the wrong direction. If your ear isn't placed just right you can't hear the call and it doesn't stay locked very well. Mine is set to unlock touching 2 specified buttons, but it seems to always unlock in my purse and pocket. Looking at trading it in on a different phone.

I love this phone! My husband bought it for me when my old phone finally crapped out on me. I love the slide out qwerty keyboard. The phone is so easy to use it makes my old one look complicated! If you're looking for a slim, light, easy to use phone, this is the one.
