Terrible phone I am on no. 4 phone they dial and call people all the time, you cant answer the phone or it will not hang up, it has an echo in it signal is bad I have an air raid to boost the signal at home it goes to Verizon roam at home, over a year of this it almost flew out the car window with help from me.

I am having the same problem as Melinda. It's as if my phone is possessed. The phone is making calls, texts, emails, attempting to buy apps. I don't know how to fix it. Anyone know of a solution?

The phone design itself is wonderful; if all the glitches it has had since I bought it a month ago were non-existent, it would quite possibly be the best phone I've had. I am not sure exactly what the glitch is but it seems as if it has a mind of its own, I will try to touch one button it will push another. It selects things I am not touching randomly, it calls people randomly. The battery life truly stinks. I wake up around 6, make maybe a couple calls or text and by lunch its completely dead, wasn't a severe issue cause I really liked the phone to begin with and I have 2 car chargers and 2 wall chargers. However, the random calls and choices its makes have me screaming multiple times a day "I hate my phone"!
